oh and how do i change sprites?
None.
I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
succesful briefing:
-use waits after displaying texts
-1000ms = 1s
1. Running down the cliffs?? I don't think there is a way, maybe only with stacked units that they are moving around.. sometimes down or up a cliff... that sometimes happens
2. Ahli told you
3. Two ways:
way 1:
Hotkey probe, run AI-Script: turn shared vision with player X OFF, select probe via group/hotkey, build, build, build
way2:
Preplace X buildings in editor, remove em via trigger, you can build as many buildings stacked at the place as buildings were preplaced ingame now
4. Ignore him
5. "How do I change sprites?" <-- I don't understand it...explain it more! btw: use the edit-button, and add there some things... don't
post sth new....
hope that helps

i mean changing sprites like making a marine look like a ghost and a ghost look like a marine
None.
If you place null terrain that is after the creep tiles in the Tileset Index, you can move units to them, and from there you can walk off the creep and onto cliffs.

Not exactly true, you have to remove one at a time for that to work, if you remove all at once you will only be able to create 1 new building.
oh and how do i change sprites?
Specify, and in the future, edit your first post instead.
EDIT: Okay, there's no way to do that without modding.

you can change the names
marine to ghost
and ghost to marine
otherwise you just can do so via modding [datedit]

look on scm draft 2. its got a sprite thing
None.
these are kinda useless... you will just see the graphic ingame and can't click them
ONLY if you have placed the sprite -> proprties and put a "y" on the "enable / dsiable" box
you are able to click on it...
however: that "tool" can't change the standart graphics of units

DeVouReR, please don't make blanket statements like that, there are plenty of uses for sprites other than that, although it may have been the right answer for a new mapper.
In StarCraft, sprites are simply the animations and such that don't affect actual units, things that can't get in their way and such, unlike in most games, they aren't just the images for each unit.
None.
They can be used for complex weapon systems such as Stacked Sprites (Units activated from being a sprite origionally)

Sprites are good for two things. What DM said, and for masking square terrain spots that you just can't make look perfect with just square terrain alone. Blend it up.

Once again, a blanket statement, sprites have many uses, and I'm sure we don't even know some of their effects.
None.
At this point, don't worry about sprites, to you, they are pretty much useless, and I admit, there are few reasons to use them, but in some cases they are useful.

Sprites are kind of useless. You will only see the graphic in the game. Regular sprites can't be clicked on. If you place a Unit Sprite, you can click on them, and treat them as normal units. On unit sprites, if you right click and select properties, then click the disable box, you can still click on it and the unit will have some strange properties, as listed in Falkoner's website.
Please note: this sprite "tool" can't change the standard graphics of units.
Kidblaze, I love how you can't understand him, because I can't understand you. I had a hard time understanding him. I laughed at this though.
can't click them ONLY if you have placed the sprite you are able to click on it...
