What does SEN think of Rammstein? I know they're probably a bit heavy for you, but meh. I love them.
Rammstein is a German industrial/heavy metal band. They almost always sing in german, but occasional have songs with english.

Du Hast is my personal favorite.
I used to have Sehnsucht on my computer, and I tried to listen to it frequently to better like the band as a whole.

I heard the lyrics in their songs are pretty messed up, though. I never translated them to find out, however.

By the way, nothing is too very for me.

They're decent. I listen to them, but not too much.

Favorite songs are Lachzeit, Herzeleid, and Te Quero Puta.
I like them, but I find their songs are often more repetetive for my liking (Atleast Slipknot varies what they play, just 'cause they're mainstream doesn't really mean you have to hate ;/ )
Btw, Static X is horrible, but if you're into industrial metal you might like it I guess.
On a side note, try not to do the whole generalizing thing, there are probably plenty of people here who listen to things that are 100x harder than Rammstein is, try Suffocate, Dying Fetus, Cannibal Corpse, Zonaria, and Vader and then tell me what is 'too' hardcore.

I haven't really heard much of their stuff, but I actually used one of their songs in a youtube video I made for Mod Night a loooooooong time ago. I can't find the video, oddly enough.

I used to listen quite a lot to Rammstein a few years back. It's a good band, mostly because they combine softer and less noisy music with the metal, which makes it less repetative. German lyrics is also a good variety from all the English these days.
