The triggers you posted WILL work. Try it again on whatever computer you're posting on to see for yourself.

Can you edit the main post and add make sure the trigger order is exactly as it was in the map, and add which players the triggers are selected to run for?

Sounds stupid but... maybe some other trigger constantly removes the item (possibly some bad condition always met)?
I'm sure it's something like that.

Use the text based trigger editor and copy the text to another editor and use its search function to find all triggers that have something to do with the locations / units / death counters / switches involved.
Usually works for me for such hard to find errors.

When a trigger doesn't run, I check each condition individually, and make sure each are running. Using the "find" function on notepad helps wonders.

now that u mention it, i'm pretty sure the order was wrong on the map. as soon as i get my comp back, i'll fix it. thanx tu all, i think this can now be closedddd...

You were alredy told twice to use THE EDIT BUTTON instead of making a 2nd post if you forgot to add something.

The text based editor is found under triggers --> trigger editor. Copy those trigger to the windows notepad to use 'find'.
