What I want to do is a little confusing. I'm going to try and put it simply.
This is basically what it is:
Two players on a team.
Player 2 is defending player 1. Player 2 cannot mine minerals or gas. Player 1 must mine minerals and gas for player 2. I want it so that the minerals and gas mined by player 1 is sent directly to player 2, as if player 2 had mined it him/herself.
I would figure this out myself, but I'm busy with terrain. Can anyone help me out with this?
None.
If player 1 has 1 mineral then
Remove one mineral from player 1
Add one mineral to player 2

Use
Binary Countoffs to transfer minerals from Player 1 to Player 2 every trigger cycle.
Preventing Player 2 from mining minerals is a bit more complicated. In fact, I'm not even sure it can be done. Any ideas, SEN?
None.
I plan on preventing player 2 from mining minerals by only giving him one probe, and to add more to the fact, he won't be able to build any more than one nexus, and that nexus is isolated away from minerals. The only accessable minerals would be far away, and near the enemy. Or in player 1's base. I'll look at the binary countoffs and do the triggers. Thanks guys.
(Also, even if player 2 decided to mine with one probe, he would die from not building.)
None.

If you want player 1 to never have any minerals, that's already been discussed. If you want player 1 and 2 to have separate but linked minerals, use the "changing minerals mined" method, and instead of changing it, add 8 to both players, essentially giving the team 16 minerals per 8 ore mined.
If you want to prevent 2nd player from mining, prevent them from returning minerals to a town hall by pre-placing it somewhere, or prevent them from going near minerals in some way shape or form.

Besides as far as I can tell your topic has already been solved.
