The sword and the faith

The theme of round 18 will be caves, temples, and shrines. Show off your best of either exteriors or interiors of these nature-integrated places.

The sword and the faith

I'd like all entries in by the 10th. 5 days should be plenty.

Nope, new terrain submissions only. :P Point of these things is to make us better terrainers.

thats pretty cool, i like your ramps blended with the temple floor stuff. Floor traps are a little out of place though :/

Heres my submission, ice caves and temple.

Looks cool! :)

Mines more of a couple of things rather than a scene:

I think the top left one could be perfect for a zelda majoras mask game where you have to hide from the chicks at the hideout when your getting the eggs. lol An the bottom right is an extended cave that is caved in, but i like it because it isn't too many mirrors.(i used tiles from both caves, both ramps, an the two cliff permutations on the left and right) The other two were just little things i found. :)

The sword and the faith

@Tempz:
Try and fix some of the blocks, otherwise it's really nice.
@Jello:
Incorporate the top left one into an actual scene and I think you have a VERY good chance of winning.
@Rory:
Very blocky but I admit trying ice is quite bold. Maybe people will give you points for not using jungle.

I wasn't going to but, why not.

Some of the blocks on the ramp could be fixed but then it wouldn't be traversable. :(

Also, I figure desert may be unpopular but I'm pretty sure I can't do anything in jungle that hasn't been done before.

Pretty good. Epic entrance to a cave, but tons of mirrors :bored:

:payne:

I tried an attempt to do some large building using the Ruin's houses but it sucked hard xD
Anyways, Jello, your temple stairs linked to these cliffs are very neat :)

sounds like moisture control is often a pressing concern in your city
