What I'm trying to do is make a building unclickable so I can place an unused unit on top of it and use that as a name instead.
Any ideas how I make a building unclickable and which of the unused units can I use?

I'm suggesting using the unclickable building as a sprite and then put that other unit over top. The person wouldn't be able to click on the sprite but would be able to click on the unit

its much more simple to just use a sprite and place the other unit on top of it
some of the unused units crash starcraft, such as the independent command center or the independent starport.

I never had a problem using the Independant Command Center and the Independant Starport when I would use them in RPGs. They simply appeared the same way as how I put them into SCMDraft and in the game.... Then again, maybe one of the patches took that ability away now because it was awhile ago when I did it.

people use those units for antihack in snipers games - they center view for all players in a no-vision area w/ the crash unit.

I think you just have to disable to doodad state without detecting it first. I did it before but I don't remember how.

Disabling Doodad State just made them half built and clickable. I place them as Sprites, but they're still clickable. Would it matter if the player was Player 8 or if Player 8 has an odd color? (Player 179) And does anyone have a list on units that crash and don't? If I didn't say so earlier, the unit is a Terran Factory.

Edit : Right after posting this, I noticed there where two Units in the Sprites section. (Units and Unit Sprites)

Never used any of those... What do they look like in-game anyway? In the editor they just look scouts that like snap to the grid and act like a building.

I think they just look like scouts. Any other idea instead of using the unused as names? I've thought about using Traps or a floor hatch instead of the scouts, but traps would need to be visible and the floor hatch would have a huge circle.

Figured it out, thanks for the help. If anyone cares, the Unused units that can be used are Zerg > * > The first Unused and Undefined > Independent > Independent Starport.

moneylover, the list you posted was if you preplace disabled sprites. His was for if you disable in-game.
