I edited IP's card to make it a little better.

You take the surrounding colour and copy it. Then, you mix and patch until the background looks similar to the rest of the card. Otherwise, copy N' paste.

Yes, there is. Futura and Humanist of different weights and widths are used for everything on them. And sadly, I knew that from memory.
