I changed the grp for the scout engine overlay (pscglow.grp) and it keeps crashing for some reason. It has the same amount of frames, all I did was change the image. It works fine when the unit is going straight up (pscglow000) but any other direction seems to make it crash. The new frames are larger than the originals (if that matters). I didn't touch the iscript, or anything else for that matter (is there something I need to edit?) I did the same thing to the dropship and wraith engine overlays and it worked perfectly fine, idk why the scout is being so difficult. Maybe someone could please help me figure out/fix this. Thanks
None.
did you replace the correct amount of frames?
did you use the right pallet for extracting the files?
None.
It has the same amount of frames
Would using the wrong pallet even make it crash? Doesn't that just mess up the colors?
None.
Is the .grp corrupt? What are the image dimensions?

Did you use a GRP compiler other than SFGRPConv?
None.
The dimensions are 120 x 120
I used RetroGRP
None.

Don't use RetroRPG with non-standard palletts. Try using pyMS -> pyGRP.
