Btw, do what Euryale said so you don't need to get the squares nearer to each other: you'll have more time to leave your square because leaving it while the scourge is still in it won't kill the scourge ;P

I didn't find the scourge part hard... I thought it was fun. I only got frustrated in the "platform' part, where you have to stay on it. Very very fun map. I beat it in one hour and thirty minutes :bleh: DeV was there, but he played like a noob so that he wouldn't steal the fun away. I totaly guessed some parts, so funny.
This is a map where I really had to think to beat it.
Definately worth the time. DeV, I hope you make part two to this map! Wonderful wonderful wonderful map.

You know what? I don't mean to bitch.. But you guys are somewhat forcing me.

Do you want the map to be liked by the public or not? If you just wanna make this map for your groupie and bounders.. then so be it.. don't read on

But WAT the FUCK were you thinking eh? It's a PUZZLE Map.. Did Puzzling Bitch at you for bad timing? No.. It was all genuine Puzzles...
This is ridiculous how others are encouraging you to leave it the way it is... What are we? Puzzlers or Bounders?

Think about it man.. If you were able to piss ME off... with my fucking at least 8 years of SC experience... do you think ANYbody will play it? And no. I still haven't been able to do it.. It just won't work...

Either make the square one up.. or make it so that the scourge don't die on the fucking corner of the square.

That's just sad, No one else but you is having infinite trouble with it. I just beat the map with xYoshix, Lot's of fun, things you could change though are.

Doors-
Though functional, not optimal. It's rather annoying when your standing right on them with both people and they don't teleport you till you move around, the units need to be bigger or farther away from the wall.

Guardian Room- The guardian room where one person stands and other follows was WAYYY to easy, as was the scout part i'd recommend making the part with scouts more random, the path is to easy to remember and input into the next area. Also in the middle of the map there seemed to be space for a room but nothing there, why not make use of it with another puzzle?

Overall, great map, was a lot of fun and challenging at some points. Good job :D

This map is GREAT!
It gets fustrating at times but thats a part of the game.
The only thing you should fix is, like Pigy said, the doors.
They're too small and it takes a long time for 2 ppl to fit in :><:

You step on the pad the scourge is going to go to, then after it pass's you go to next one.

You have to be very fast at the part of switching rooms.

Great game... way longer than I expected... with some good (and bad) puzzles ^^
But still ... thank godthat you changed it.. i wouldn't have been able to pass that point :C

I got a headache at that valkyrie ball 3-3 1-7 stuff.. i think I'm a bit sick too so it's not your fault..

Great Game! Everyone should try this too =D

The second generator? It's just on whixh square you would go as soon as you saw the explodes. If you still stuck here is the way to solve this puzzle.
Don't read it if you want to figure it out by yourself.
#1: Both players to top left
#2: Both players to bottom right
#3: Black to borrom left, white to top right (or maybe the wrong way round, not sure)

Haha i was actually talking about the first generator- me and a friend spent a little over an hour guessing the combination because we couldn't find a clue anywhere and we finally got it. After 3.5 hours of gameplay, we still didn't get to the end but it was 5 in the morning so i called it quits.

It was a fun and quite interesting map; however, i just have a few gripes with it.

1. I wish i had some motivation for solving these puzzles. I was just thrown in the game and wasn't even formally told that i was suppose to be solving puzzles at all.
2. I really wish someone would tell me how i was suppose to figure out the combination to the first generator, guessing for over an hour wasn't exactly fun.
3. I think the game could've used a little text to liven it up. Not clues or anything- or wait, actually a useless message somewhere to throw me off would have been cool.
4. The transport... Waiting on the other side of the room for my friend to be able to cross correctly was lame haha. That's not really that game's fault tho, i just think this thing would better fit a single player game to avoid frustration, cool idea tho.

And that's all for gripes, here are the things i really liked.
1. The 4 wraith puzzle. That was cool how you had the different color combination to unlock the door. My friend and i actually guessed the combination and then accidentally found the answer while backtracking later in the game. Nice work on this one.
2. The scourge puzzle where you rotate them. This thing was sweet.
3. The make-the-queens-removed puzzle was cool too. I felt GG when i got it right.
4. Nice work on balancing the item use and the teamwork to get past special doors. It was cool as well.

That's all- except something else really bugged me, Order of operations.... The answer to the math problem is 11, but i had to put in 7 to continue. Parenthensis, multiplication, subtraction...

but to your problem with the first generator...
oh dude, man... you really solved it by guessing?? Man! At the first room (starting room) on the right side as a hidden entrance... behind it there is a computer which gives you the combination...
wow... respect by guessing.

EDIT: The math solution is 11, yes, and the binary code to put in IS the code for 11, not 7.

There is a secret passage on the right of the first room that gives you the combination. Fustration is a part of the game :)

I beat this with Fwop just barely. Overall I really enjoyed the map; it had some very interesting puzzles.

The ones we got most caught up on was the Valk Coord one, the Goliath Boss, and the double room scourge catch. I caught on to the valk coordinate idea pretty fast but then thought it might be height's for each side to catch at. After that failed we went back to getting it to hit coords and it wasn't too difficult. The goliath was a two step process, figuring out how he works and then doing it.

This map achieves cooperative solving and execution exceptionally. We never really had difficulty figuring out which way to go, with is a very good thing never getting the player lost.
