Houses: An understanding of basic geometry.
Paste-jobs: An understanding of a single button in MSPaint and an image with a flat background... among other methods.

Or you could self render. Work the pixles around your picture with white in paint, and use the second option in the selection tool to take just your image. More work, but sometimes quality results.

If we had more taller buildings, other buildings will be blocked and the tall buildings will take up too much room. We will eventually have to expand the image to an even larger dimension. I have no objection to that.

Of course, but there is always transparent vision available (See through buildings). But the resizing is against the rules unless Paravin allows us to.

Though really, the only power of enforcement he has is our willingness to listen. Resizing isn't, itself, a problem, just scaling. As I mentioned before, barring possible issues for anyone with poor internet access, it's a quite workable solution ( though I still believe that having multiple images would be better ) .
