Since it is kind've in December, comes a thing called "Happy Holidays".During which we can't publicly show christmas, huanakkah, etc. because it may "offend" other people and their religious holidays and etc.All this topic is about is expressing your views and your religion, talk about "Happy Holidays" if it is ok or not? Other than that no flame wars, shaming, or being racist or I will have to report you.

Come on I'm new at this. Besides, it should be. How many people would want to share their christmas spirit in the city or school without getting sued?
None.
Change your first post and I might move it back and I'll delete my post about moving it in the first place. Untill then, its merely an expression of peoples thoughts without any direction.
You don't get sued for doing Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanza things, my school does choir concert songs and tons of shit with it.
None.
Um, every school I know of? What school are you talking about?

The whole idea behind censoring any holiday-specific affiliation has a lot to do with business. They don't want to turn away potential customers because they have the wrong holiday sign hanging outside of their store. It went from being pro-Christmas to a more neutral stance because Christianity had a greater influence on society at large in the past (although the Christian influence is still the largest in the present).
The lawsuits that happen because of religious matters in schools represent more extreme examples of intolerance, and do not represent the general tone of school environments.

Honestly I find it kind of annoying when someone says Merry Christmas to me, I do prefer Happy Holidays, since I celebrate Hannukah. I would get kind of mad (in my head) if a wal-mart greeter said merry christmas to me. Just cuz I find it annoying. Honestly I think Christmas is a little gay. I really don't know why. Maybe cuz I think all christians are just out to convert me, please don't take this too seriously, I'm just expressing my brain.
Well I assume you don't mean 'gay' by the denotation of the word.
Although I am Christian I wouldn't be bothered if someone said Happy Hanukkah or Kwanzaa to me. No matter what the person says they are just trying to wish you well.

I don't celebrate any of them, though if I did, it would be Christmas, since I did for the first 15 years of my life.
By the way everyone. Santa isn't real.

The most annoying thing is when people gets annoyed over something that isn't a big deal. If you don't celebrate Christmas, just don't do it, don't affect the majority that supports it.
None.
I'd rather celebrate a holiday that isn't based around buying somebody's love.
