how do you make a unit stay still...in hold cause i got civs and they keep moving...for some reason..

Constantly order that unit to move to a certain location. Or, you can look at this thread.

I'd suggest making a location off the map and constantly moving (or is it ordering?) them there. There's a tutorial around here somewhere that gives a more in-depth description of what to do.

With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
