I find that when people say "I saw it on tv last night" I immediatly think they're living in the dark ages. I mean, who still uses a tv to see anything when everything is uploaded onto youtube within minutes or you can catch it on hulu...you know...whenever? They gain a few points back if they elude to the fact that they recorded it to watch it later.

What are your unfounded opinions of people?

I'm a perfect individual and I never form any unfounded conclusions about people.

Differently forms of media tend to copy one another. Do not go shunning the old media because your peers prefer the current.
If something is on YouTube, it got its concept from television, and, chances are, whatever was on television got its concept from a book.

Plus, shows air on television before they go to Hulu or Netflix. So, if anything, you are living in a somewhat 'dark age' for not seeing them the day of the broadcast.

I think traveling to the moon was something new. Nobody had done space-walking before.

Whenever someone mentions TV all I can think about is how I average probably 1 hour of TV per month.

I agree unfortunately space travel is still without the reach of a normal person; the cost in the next 10 - 20 years will still be in the millions.

Getting around? We travel many ways: by foot, by bike, by car, by boat, or by plane.

Not altering gravity but the amount of gravity currently affecting you. You can do it numerous ways. Centripetal force in a spaceship is one way to incur a feeling of gravity (artificial gravity).

I do not know about humans, but meteoroids have been entering our atmosphere for billions of years. They get the change of no gravity to full gravity.

Actually RIVE, the verse is talking about sin; there is no new sin under the sun. There's definitely new technology, e.g. The transistor.

LOL not even close. Even in context with the rest of the passage, it's talking about how there is no real human accomplishment. That we can't make any lasting difference to the earth. It's also kinda saying that we always forget what was done before us (like what our ancestors did).

I think that, with age, the idea that "there is no human accomplishment" is no longer true. If you wanna be the very best (like no one ever was!!) and work to cure cancer, it can be done. With the advent of planet-wide communication and digital media, there can always be lasting, memorable difference.

Imposing a force upon an object is not modifying its gravity. (Possibly barring trivially tiny quantum mechanical effects which I wouldn't know about. Then again, that wouldn't really be much different in principle than my 'jumping' comment...)
