I'm in need of help once again
so, the question:
How can I make a weapon which is shotable -lets say- every second (cooldown=1sec) but when you do not immediately shot it charges. Like, every three seconds not attacking with the weapon adds, maybe 5, damage to the weapon's next shot. Also, a limit would be nice as well (maximal 25 damage or similiar).
Any way to do so?

No screen shots right now but I do have an idea on how to do this. You have a periodic behaviour which uses an effect that applies another behaviour, this behaviour modifies the attack of the current unit by 5 and can stack to 5. Now you modify the marine weapon to cause a set effect, this set effect causes the marine damage effect and then a new effect that removes the add damage behaviour. You will also need a disable validator on the periodic behaviour that checks if the unit is attacking.
I attached a map that does this for you to look at to make up for screenshots.

Err, is there a way to make a blue plasma ball (photon cannon attack) in front of the unit and make it bigger every time the damage increases? Quite new with the data editor, sorry

Not in the data editor alone without creating/modifying a model. With triggers it may be possible though I will have to look into it.
