Be confident, but not overconfident. To put it bluntly, girls don't like asses OR pussies. I'd go with Doodan's suggestion, but change the "Hey, I've seen you around, I think you're pretty cute" to something a bit more... Shall we say, personal?

heh.....lol well i started likeing her a ton last friday so we talked during class for the past week, but our seats changed , which sucked cuz i was planning on slowly getting info about her but cant now T-T
so i thought owell i guess il ask her out on monday.

the problem is i cant wait longer...... the only time i had to talk w/ her is over because i don't sit next to her in class anymore. I dont know where she is at lunch either. I think i still have a good chance though cuz we came fro diffrent schools to highschool.
yes i was planniing on waiting awile like another 1-3 wweeks but cant now.
