This is a pretty basic tutorial as i don't have starcraft I'm going of details my friend has given me
Teleport Attack
-Okay first take the stalker teleport ability and duplicate it
-Now that you have that there are many different ways you can program it (rename it of course =p)
Manual Targeting
-First you need to take the ability for blink (stalkers telerport thing) and remove the part where you can click it anywhere,
-Then you have to change it so when you click on a unit (enemy only) it creates an attack sprite over it thus dealing damage on the selected unit or melee attack either way...
Multi Targeting
-Have it so when you teleport to a unit, it attacks that unit and teleports to the next nearest unit attack again, this can be tweeked to as many times as you like meaning that this in a way can be upgraded along with damage upgrades via upgrading units
Lightning Attackhttp://www.sc2galaxyeditor.com/?p=160For psy strom simply change probe's attack to high templar psy storm this should create it so when the photon cannon sprite lands it creates a psy strom splash attack

Yeah, this doesn't really explain anything. I'd get SC2 first, then try to write up a tutorial.
