Roy -- There's also a plugin for Scmdraft that trgk wrote that you could check out. It also supports EUD Actions, I believe.

Moose -- Mute Unit Speech and ask the players to turn off BGM via text. If they don't want to, too bad, screw them. They won't get the full experience and it sucks for them.

Moose -- It's honestly not that bad, and will probably work unless your map is being played by people who have their music volume up a lot and their game sound off/very low, which is weird.

Moose -- MUTE UNIT SPEECH This action will mute unit speech and set to half-volume all sound effects that the game normally produces, including music and combat sounds. This is particularly useful when you are playing a Transmission Action or any time you want to make sure a triggered sound is heard clearly.
