[2014-11-11. : 4:03 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I guess Idaho has some pretty cool mountains or whatever up north (sawtooths), but you can see better elsewhere.[2014-11-11. : 4:02 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Fire_KameFire_Kame shouted: FaRTy1billion totes romantic "Oh, Hi Roy! ... Oh, you're going to work? Well I guess we'll go out and tour Scenic Idaho!"[2014-11-11. : 3:50 am] Fire_Kame -- FaRTy1billionFaRTy1billion shouted: That'll be a fun honeymoon getaway. totes romantic[2014-11-11. : 3:06 am] payne -- Fire_KameFire_Kame shouted: we're thinking of spending time in western colorado/four corners area. great spot! Mesa Verde comes to mind. Zion, Glen Canyon, and Bryce Canyon too.[2014-11-11. : 2:51 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- because there's a lot you can do and see on the way up there[2014-11-11. : 2:51 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I'd say go to like the redwood forests in northern california, but that doesn't seem to be "smaller" [2014-11-11. : 2:50 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- that can be fun. Are you looking more for like destinations or scenery?[2014-11-11. : 2:29 am] Fire_Kame -- we're thinking of spending time in western colorado/four corners area.[2014-11-11. : 1:35 am] O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Avoiding idaho should be easy since you shouldn't have a reason to go there in the first place.[2014-11-11. : 12:29 am] Fire_Kame -- Berkly and I were talking about how fun the roadtrip to cali was last year in light of the blizzcon announcements. I think we're going to a smaller roadtrip for our honeymoon [2014-11-10. : 11:39 pm] Roy -- You mean you don't take a day out of each week to review the rules in order to better yourself as a member of the community? No wonder you're still a regular. [2014-11-10. : 11:37 pm] Dem0n -- DevourerDevourer shouted: Roy is right. Further are dropdowns pain for mobile users. Then what about the fact that nobody checks that site page anyways? [2014-11-10. : 11:12 pm] Roy -- This ad paid for by the Motion Picture Association of America, with cooperation from the World Intellectual Property Organization in support of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act[2014-11-10. : 11:09 pm] Devourer -- WARNING: However writes any kind of spoilers in this shoutbox will be suspended until I have seen the movie by myself.[2014-11-10. : 10:28 pm] Wing Zero -- I actually did it client-side just for the lols. It took me longer to find it then it did to remove it.[2014-11-10. : 9:43 pm] Roy -- Or we could, of course, remove the "Site FAQ" link, which sounds like a solution you'd accept.[2014-11-10. : 9:41 pm] Roy -- Having the banner take you to the front page is standard across all websites, so you may as well get used to doing it here, too. [2014-11-10. : 9:40 pm] Roy -- Although there could be a hook that makes it so that the behavior changes based on what setting you have enabled, but I doubt Devourer wants the site's functions to become inconsistent by doing this.[2014-11-10. : 9:40 pm] Roy -- Dem0nDem0n shouted: yoo Dev not to sound annoying as hell, but what's the point of making the "Site" button go to the same page as the "Site FAQ" right below it in the drop-down menu? Why not have it be the way it was before, where clicking on "Site" would send you back to the front page? Probably because it then becomes impossible for someone with the hover menu disabled to navigate to the Site FAQ page. There's a problem with customizability where the site must work for any configuration.[2014-11-10. : 8:29 pm] Azrael -- DevourerDevourer shouted: http://hackertyper.com/ Thanks, I just made someone burst out laughing using that.[2014-11-10. : 8:24 pm] Azrael -- "Why not have it be the way it was before, where clicking on "Site" would send you back to the front page?"[2014-11-10. : 8:17 pm] Dem0n -- I would understand it if there was no "Site FAQ" link right below it, but since there is, it's pretty stupid to make them both go to the same page.[2014-11-10. : 8:17 pm] Dem0n -- yoo Dev not to sound annoying as hell, but what's the point of making the "Site" button go to the same page as the "Site FAQ" right below it in the drop-down menu? Though you could edit the JS in mine to do that.[2014-11-10. : 5:48 pm] NudeRaider -- RoyRoy shouted: Devourer I prefer http://jsfiddle.net/G2k3j/, or the full page version http://guihacker.com/, depending on who I'm trying to impress. I prefer Devourer's variant because it actually responds to your keypresses. Though the other things look better they're pretty obviously just on auto run.[2014-11-10. : 5:40 pm] Roy -- DevourerDevourer shouted: http://hackertyper.com/ I prefer http://jsfiddle.net/G2k3j/, or the full page version http://guihacker.com/, depending on who I'm trying to impress.[2014-11-10. : 5:31 pm] payne -- DevourerDevourer shouted: http://hackertyper.com/ Ctrl+I opened an ad, not an iPhone :C[2014-11-10. : 5:26 pm] lil-Inferno -- DevourerDevourer shouted: http://hackertyper.com/ Those ads are genius.[2014-11-10. : 5:11 pm] jjf28 -- "The White Plague, by Frank Herbert - in which a molecular biologist is driven insane by the senseless murder of his family. To seek revenge he constructs and disseminates a new and highly contagious plague that kills widely but selectively. (We're lucky Kaczynski was a mathematician, not a molecular biologist.)"[2014-11-10. : 5:10 pm] jjf28 -- "We're lucky Kaczynski was a mathematician, not a molecular biologist." |
