[2016-2-11. : 11:32 am] Moose -- Though, actually, Ben Carson is black, so he has that much going for him. I haven't really paid attention, though.[2016-2-11. : 11:31 am] Moose -- NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: Mini Moose 2707 oh, if not Sanders who would people caring about civil rights vote then? Trump who fucks over all minorities? Some other REP? I also didn't hear Clinton saying much about that (except in her starting and closing statements in the hopes of picking a few votes from these camps). So honest question, if you haven't heard of Sanders, who of the rest is pro civil rights (not gun rights!)? Nobody, really, just Hillary happens to be the "default" candidate.[2016-2-11. : 11:31 am] NudeRaider -- Mini Moose 2707Mini Moose 2707 shouted: Barnie Sandlers is the dank meme version of Bernie Sanders. [2016-2-11. : 11:30 am] NudeRaider -- Mini Moose 2707Mini Moose 2707 shouted: He has trouble in the southern states where minorities are big voting blocks and with civil rights issues among people who haven't done their research. Despite being one of two senators who were actually at MLK's "I Have A Dream" speech and actually being arrested for civil rights protests. oh, if not Sanders who would people caring about civil rights vote then? Even I know the MLK bit. Then again, I probably have spent more time on Sanders than 75% of the Americans on all candidates together. To be fair though, I learned of Sanders through dank meme's which naturally got me hooked right away. He's all about the memes.[2016-2-11. : 11:23 am] NudeRaider -- Mini Moose 2707Mini Moose 2707 shouted: They're trying to, it's a lot of people to reach without the same reach and influence that HRC can get via the media, etc. so sad. Despite being one of two senators who were actually at MLK's "I Have A Dream" speech and actually being arrested for civil rights protests.[2016-2-11. : 11:17 am] Moose -- Unfortunately, other primaries won't be as much of a sweep as New Hampshire.[2016-2-11. : 11:15 am] Moose -- He's that handsome granddad who just really gives a shit about everyone wanting to do well.[2016-2-11. : 11:12 am] Moose -- Unfortunately, said machine will not go down without a good fight, so we'll have to see what happens.[2016-2-11. : 11:12 am] Moose -- Basically, Hillary has the Democratic party machine behind her, but once you start doing any sort of research, she kind of falls apart in comparison.[2016-2-11. : 11:10 am] NudeRaider -- also I like him more as a person. He's just like a cuddly, old granddad. Not a heartless power hungry step mom.[2016-2-11. : 11:09 am] NudeRaider -- oh man I just hope he makes it into office. If only just for the sake of seeing what will happen.[2016-2-11. : 11:05 am] Moose -- NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: Mini Moose 2707 that's how it's intended, right? Of course, nobody would let big money from big corporations influence them! All politicians are impartial![2016-2-11. : 11:04 am] Moose -- NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: But I still think Sanders is the way to go because his number one issue that is not on Clinton's list: Reform the political system and by that get the people (especially young) excited in politics and in general get more power to the people. This is how it should be, and it's the foundation of a healthy and happy state. NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: At the same time I don't think all that much would actually change in the political system if Bernie got president. These things are probably tough to change and take time. (That's how I imagine it anyways.) But at the very least it would be a sign that the American people are willing to undergo that change and other candidates would have the balls to represent his ideals. Also, yes, a lot of Bernie's ideas as written would have trouble passing Congress and making it into laws. Some people say this is a reason not to elect him, but while he is an idealist he is capable of compromise. You can look at his voting record and cooperation across party lines (ex working with Sen. McCain in particular) for this.[2016-2-11. : 11:03 am] NudeRaider -- Mini Moose 2707Mini Moose 2707 shouted: She claims that just because she's taken money from these groups doesn't mean she's incapable of regulating them. (satirical article about that) She is absolutely for the establishment. She's taken donations and earnings from the big banks, private prison industry, fossil fuel industry, yet pledges to act against all of their best interests. so she's outright lying?[2016-2-11. : 11:01 am] Moose -- NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: just watched the whole clinton vs sanders duel from msnbc. And I must admit Clinton has a lot of good plans many of which are similar to Sander's. I also believe since she isn't as anti-establishment and has the better connections that she will get more of these issues done than Sanders. Sanders is just too inconvenient for the people he will be working with and against. A lot of her plans are similar because she adopted them from him. We're just not as far into the end stages of capitalism. I wish we had someone like Sanders here. We could use a reform and change of thinking too, before it's getting so bad everyone notices it. Sanders should make you proud of America and you should give him all the support you can![2016-2-11. : 10:57 am] NudeRaider -- Before Sanders and for a while at the start of his campaign I really thought trying to push these ideals would equal political suicide. I'm happy he has proven me wrong. He can be the starting point of a new direction and sense of decency in America.[2016-2-11. : 10:55 am] NudeRaider -- At the same time I don't think all that much would actually change in the political system if Bernie got president.
