Thanks for the tip - I was worried that some of these might come out too jerky if I lowered the frame rate too much because SC2 idle animations are usually so much more exaggerated than in SC1. I'll continue to play with the settings and see if I can strike a good balance.

Great. If don't bother, I recommend to convert them in 50 milliseconds. Because they many frames unlike sc1 portraits have only 10~15 frames. That's why I'm converting my sc2 portraits to 50ms, cause that speed outputs portraits more smoothly.
