The opening Summary may make this map appear to be horrible, but in honestly this map has some nice features. Space Ship 2, just like it's counter part Star Ship *Which is possibly the first Sci Fi role play with a CS* and this map just like Starship, focuses mainly, and almost only on the Hulls. Firstly seeing this role play is about Hulls I'll cover that first.
This map has an impressive amount of hulls which reach an astonishing number of at least Sixteen *That was not a typo* and even more surprising was they appeared quite detailed. Each Hull other then being finely detailed, was also balanced. Now seeing that I just covered the Hulls and it's massive variety it's time I began doing what anyone reading is really looking for- Complaining and Ranting.
Firstly some honesty for the map maker. I my self suck at making maps, and probably could never make a Role play, including on like this. but apologizes aside, I'm a critic. and obviously if I just said ''You're better then me, I hope I did something right'' Then obviously I'd be a virgin being fucked for a first time. but hopefully my detailed complaints can be taken the right way and you can perfect this map.
One complaint, which even the maker of this map is aware of is that the Terrain sucks, and right there even I believe I could do better. I don't believe the round...things were really a good idea for terrain, and that there should've been more space devoted to the actual role play, not the ships. Other then the fact that no one will need sixteen fucking ships in one fucking role play it's also a bit odd how the maker decided to approach this.
Yes, Hulls are a good thing, and this map has numerous hulls and despite it's numbers it seems none of them are lackful in design. but seriously, were all those hulls really necessary? I find this role play is basically like having a birthday party where your mother spent so much money on nice looking crap for the table that she forgot to actually buy the damn pizza or cake. Sure! The table looks nice but where is the actual fucking food?
The spawning platform appears pretty cluttered, and the triggers are nothing to exhilarating. and it's also very hard to be a good Antagonist if I have to have him running away in a fucking ship all the time since he some reason why has no capital land because they are all just round things. and I don't really think it's worth mentioning the three races and there properties in this map other then saying.
Terran you'll see Sixteen hulls and be limited to one Cs.
Zerg You'll see Sixteen hulls and be limited to one Cs.
Protoss you'll see Sixteen hulls and be Limited to one Cs.
My a hundred insults aside though I found this map could be better though. and hell, it could've even been something special. Instead of saying the maker should've put more time into it though I'll say he should've borrowed a spawning platform from another maker. and try to add more terrain other then those cramped round things which is one thing that's stopping me from playing that map right now. and are all those hulls really necessary? I agree that variety is a good thing but it seems like this map centers around a bunch of things you'll more or less likely not use.
Originality: 10/10 The amount of hulls, the weird terrains design, and even the damn spawning system seems original. I don't really like them though =(.
Triggers: 4/10 A bit behind. These were good triggers in 2005, I'm afraid you're 3 years too late.
Balancing: 6/10 I found the Cs' were quite balanced, but I cannot say the same for the units.
Names: 3/10 Yes, I like the concept of deciding what a unit should be ones self, but I also believe a CS being named just ''CS" takes away the awesome feeling of having a really big intimidating goddamn ship.
Terrain: 2/10 MY EYES!!!!!!!!!!
Overall Score: 50/100 *two and a half, out of five*
This Role Play is entirely mediocre. I would not be ignorant to assume the map maker is bad at what he does, but instead I believe he took a risk into traveling in unknown territory. Clearly leaving his safe zone and a few mistakes. This map is still Fixable, Maybe ask Vrael for his nice trigger set, and spawning platform and work more on the actual parts of the role play people will more then likely be in other then a bunch of hulls which they can only use ONE of per role play.
P.S - I'm actually a nice person, I just used a bitchy tone for this role play because I found it was more funny that way

. Just don't think too much of the bitchyness, I believe this map can truly be a good map if you iron out some flaws.
