Edit: I'd also like to point out that even if it were a nazi swastika, burning people in ovens and arson are fairly different things, and I doubt the cluemakers would make such an indirect reference. Especially when fires would be completely more likely to point at lil-Inferno. A gas chamber would have been more appropriate if they were trying to indicate a nazi killing.
