It depends on how you define "smarter." Like, which population has an overall higher IQ? Which one has better education system? Which one is more knowledgeable in the math and sciences? The possibilities are endless.

America has the most scientific/technological achievements within the last fifty years, and with the education system here, it's quite an accomplishment. AMERICA SHUD BE #1. AMERICANS R SMART. Britain is a 2nd-rate at everything - at nuclear power, at economic power, international standing, military power, scientific discoveries. Yes, there have been great British people, but I don't say that's because they're British but because they're European, and Europeans had created a good system for scientific and technological development three hundred years ago. Brits made a slightly better than the standard, which is why they have a bit more famous scientists then most other countries. Einstein was German, though, and he takes the cake.

Asians? Japan is the only respectable Asian country right now (sorry, MA - just my opinion). China.. I mean, you KIDDING? With a population of 1.3 billion, China isn't doing anything amazing. Chinese land is being ruined - Smog levels in major cities are a catastrophe, and land is rapidly undergoing desertification in the north-west portions, and spreading. India... Not so much on the smog, but still, with a population of more than a billion, I'd expect more. And Indian economic growth is slowing, too.

My point is, there is no 'smartest race' when you regard each race with all of its affiliated countries.

You know, the United States is no where near in the discussion and the United States is a criticized country for being 'stupid' by Australia and European countries. I'm not calling ourselves stupid, but why the fuck did you ever brought that up? Look, there are excellent Americans that may have invented the light bulb, automobiles, airplanes and such but we're a criticized nation and with new technology, people are becoming more lazier by the decade. And to be honest Centreri, there are more fluent English speakers in China than there is in the United States. And that is judging by statistics. And second of all, the United States is after all a former colony from Britain.

No. You fail for comparing a country to a continent, for failing to identify what you mean as 'smart', whether this is a scientific, political or other issue amoung a dozen of other small things. It's like asking.. I can't even think of an example. I'll reiterate, if you think that your question is well-worded and all, you should really never post polls again.

I then assumed that your main question was which are innately more intelligent, and then started bashing that question because of how impossible it is to answer it.

As for your second part, what makes you think I want the US down to its knees? Have I ever implied that? What I want is for the US to stop being the sole superpower in the world and pushing everyone around. And pushing aside international law.

Asians tend to be group-oriented, and their intelligence comes from becoming, through group pressure, extremely good at skills, which they then use in culturally predefined or acceptable ways to increase their honor and save face.

Brits possess, individually, razor cunning, which they use to create new things, or concoct elaborate schemes, or forge ahead and explore, and tend to want to increase their understanding and deadliness.

Asians tend more toward balance and acceptance; Brits tend more toward risk and novelty.

The US has vastly more resources than the UK, so comparing them on the basis of achievements is not exactly fair.

Asia is an unfair comparison to Britain. Compared to most other continents, they have vast natural resources.

That's why I'm not comparing them based on achievements. I'm making the comparison based on culture.

Of course there are exceptions, but the exceptions tend to differ from the cultural norm, I think.
