More of the completed image. "W, O, D" can be gained from the names of the images, translating numbers to letters (A = 1, B = 2, etc.)

Count the rings and note their position around the symbols in the ice. Some people are speculating these are months/years for release dates (more likely they are projected beta dates).
WOTLK - 4 months till beta; this makes sense since that would be 3 months before its projected release date
SC - 3 months till beta; makes sense also, they plan on having the races pretty well down in three months before they turn it over to open beta for players to try to break the game and so they can balance it
Diablo 3 - a year and 3 months till beta; this would put it in beta about year after the release of Warhammer, Blizzard wants their players back after they lose them to Warhammer so this would make sense also

its obviously Zeratul cloaked.... looking in the ice for some artifacts of the xel'naga. Becuase the artifacts are things taken from each of the 3 universes and the xel'naga is just a cameo to represent Blizzard.
