I have a slight problem with a Map I am Making for Warhammer 40,000. A Diplo like trigger where when a Player owns a Certain place it is Given Money at 0:00.
But, My problem is when the Timer rolls over - nothing happens.
¤Player 1-7
- Current Player Brings 4 Men to [_________]
- Allies Bring Nothing to [_________]
- Foes Bring Nothing to [__________]
— Give [Pylon] to Current Player at [____________]
- Preserve.

¤Player 1-7
- Countdown Timer is at 0 Sec
- Current Player Brings [Pylon] to [_____________]
- Allies / Foes do not bring exactly anything to [_________]
— Set Switch 1, Preserve

¤Players 1-7
- Countdown Timer is Exactly 0 Sec
- Switch 1 is Set
— Modify Resource amount, Add 200 Minerals
[ Clear Switch 1]
[Preserve]

This is for Control of a Pylon so that the player can get money off of controlling it at 0:00.
Anyone?

None.

The switch trigger will only fire for P1, as the switch gets 1. set, then 2. runs for player 1 and gets cleared. Try just eliminating the switch and giving current player the minerals in the second trigger. Make sure you don't set the countdown timer back away from 0, either, until that trigger has a chance to fire for all 8 players.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Yeah the switch is redundant. Combine the last 2 triggers:

¤Player 1-7
- Countdown Timer is at most 0 Sec
- Current Player Brings [Pylon] to [_____________]
- Foes brings exactly 0 [any unit] to [_________]
— Modify Resource amount, Add 200 Minerals
[Preserve]

Also make sure the timer isn't being reset before the trigger has a chance to run.
Example scenario that could be responsible for the error:
P1 and P5 have captured a location.
Countdown timer is at 0:00
P1 fires his give money trigger
--
The Countdown reset trigger looks like this:
All Players:
Countdown timer is 0:00
Set timer to 2:00
--
=> P1 detects 0:00 and sets it to 2:00
P5 checks the give money trigger and finds the timer at 2:00 => doesn't fire.

Give the reset timer trigger to a comp player with the highest Player number (e.g. Player 8)
If you don't use comp players you need to make some sort of delay, so that the reset triggers is fired the next trigger loop.
