I am making an RPG Map( Made using Staredit but edited using SCMDraft) and i am making a little mini movie/ nitro. I tried to make everything fit into one trigger (which obviously didnt work). The big trigger ended at a unit getting killed, which made it look like another unit killed it.
I made a new trigger to continue on where that one left off.
Triggerr order:
Conditions: Always
Actions: Buch of trigger crap, stuff...
Kill all Civillian owned by player 7 at location : Kill Vivillian
*No more trigger space left*
New trigger : Conditions: Player 7 sufferes death of civillian
Always
Actions: More trigger stuff
---------------------------
Yet when the trigger before kills the civillian, the other triggers dont happen. I dont know why
I have Attached the map. It is only in the pre pre pre pre pre pre pre Alpha stage so i have only gotten some of the intro done. Anyone can feel free to crack it open and see why the trigger wont activate.

Well that simply means that the Triggers conditions were not met. Instead of killing the Civilian (if thats what just to set the next trigger, if not then keep it) try using the "Set Deaths" trigger. You can either take out the Civilian if its not part of the movie or leave it if it is. For this trigger I would use the Exact amount variable:
"Set Player 7 deaths to exactly 1 Terran Civilian"
-Keep firing away!

Yeah killing a unit by triggers does not update the death count. You'll have to do that manually.

How do i update the death count then? Is it possible to use triggers to have units attack other units even though there allied?
None.

omg... bronto answered it already. Set deaths action -duh.
No. Alliance is player based, not unit based.
You can give the unit that is to die to P9-11. It will retain its color but counts as enemy to every player. If not MAKE it enemy via set alliance action. The unit should not even try to run away or fight back.
Actions:
Set Deaths("Player 7", "Terran Civilian", Set To, 1);
Here is the text based trigger.

You could also use a switch to continue the trigger if that is more simple to you.
