What about Olaf? Early game, his lightning true damage strike does INSANE damage and late game he is practically a tank and a dps. Hard to kill, even harder to kill before he kills you.

Mordekaiser is hardly OP, imo. He's a great tanky character and can dish out some nice damage, but he has no form of crowd control other than buying a Rylai's Sceptre, which isn't really great on him since he scales so horrendously off of Ability Power, and it only adds a 15% slow on all of his abilities, even his ult, which technically should give the full 35% since it is single target, which was intended. And without Ghost/Flash, he has no escape mechanics.

Olaf is very weird, since he still does great damage with a tank build, like Garen. The downside is that the more health he has, the harder it is for his passive to activate. However, his W scales with health. He has a really nice early game, but it's very hard for him to do well if he doesn't get kills, making him a prime candidate for jungling. He's definitely one of the best, if not the best 1v1 champs.

Also, ghost nerf last patch :' (

So, I played against a Pantheon, who at lv. 14 was doing 358 dmg... does that sound like hacks to anyone?

I played against a few Trydamere's that were critting for around 800 every strike with some damn nice attack speed...

But anywho, I'm gonna take a break from LoL, until Riot actually learns to balance this shit. I feel they're taking advice from the people that play the overpowered units... This should free me up for some map-making. Tell me when they get this thing at least sorta balanced.

Approximately now.

I'm tired of hearing this shit about Morde being OP. I ignored your OP list here on the forums, but when you bitch about Morde the entire length of a fucking game it gets old. He's not OP in any sense, unless you don't touch him at all. His skills drain his HP, but make up for it with a shield. If you harass him, the shield doesn't stay up long enough to refund his hp, ergo he must stop spamming the shit. If you can't understand that, then yes, I suppose he is OP to you.

Also, what the hell is with the surrenders? I know we were going to lose, but hell I've had all 3 of our inhibitors down at the same time, and come back. Surrender = instant loss, there's no possible way to win. Not surrendering not only gives you a chance to win, but also more IP. The only time you ever should surrender is when you read the words "Defeat", anything less is completely unacceptable. If you want to know, I've only agreed to a surrender three times: once, when it was a 2v5 and we had 4 towers down inside 7 minutes, once when my teammates literally decided to run into the towers to feed (still stumped as to why), and once when we were fucking around and surrendered as the other nexus went down, and glitched the hell out of LoL.

I'm never playing with you again Artanis. If you can't shut the hell up about the other team's setup and/or supposedly OP heroes and maybe do something, then you probably shouldn't play.

You realize it was Benderik bitching the whole game, right? I mentioned Mordekaiser needs nerfed once, maybe twice total. How about you pay attention more instead of falsely accusing/exaggerating someones text.

Well, we can drag out a game to get a bit of IP, or we can just call it quits, let the other guys get it, get the IP we get, stop wasting time, and go play another game. Otherwise, the chances we would win are slim, so the chances the match will induce further frustration are pretty good. I'll not be an elitist in terms of this game...

Cuz you weren't bitching about the massive heal team. God, stop being a hypocrite and taking everything online so damn seriously. It's just a game. I've accepted the game has lost a large chunk of its entertainment value. And when the game isn't doing what I want it to do, I just move on. If you're getting this upset over it, maybe you should too.

This guy only had one item that was buffing his damage though, so yeah idk what was going on, but he just owned my whole team.

It's pretty hard to hack LoL, since it uses a client/master server architecture, meaning that all data has to be verified through the server before it takes place. That's why if you lag out, you will not appear to move; your client is still waiting for the move data to be verified.

That being said, it's not impossible, and I have seen an instance or two of it (Shaco being able to deceive/flash every second, and someone else who had a no cooldown teleport.)

I would say it's more likely that he was stacking crit runes (a viable tactic, since HSS can crit). Assuming he was level 14 he would do about 85-90 damage, and with something like a blood thirster he would do 160-170 base. A crit would cause that do at least 320 damage, and if he had crit damage runes it would be higher.

So while it's possible he was hacking, it seems more likely he just had the right runes.

I went critical TF and ended 20/7/10. I got sword of occult beacuse TF is amazing at ganking and getting away w/o dying, and then I just raked in the kills, including in team fights. 350 damage with barons, 77crit chance, 1.8 attack speed, and infinity edge. It was nice.

I'm finding that teams of purely dps or purely tanks are extremely good, even though I don't think they should be. Morde is probably my 2nd or 1st most played champ, and while he is definitely better equipped than most champions, he isn't OP.

And wait... what is this I hear? No.. It couldn't be... It is....! P-P-P-P-PENTAKILL! (it was pretty nice too)

Let me show you how to hump without making love.

If anyone isn't reading the test forum leaks/updates:

TF and Eve are getting an overhaul. Eve is getting a new ultimate and her stealth is being reworked to work more efficiently. The new ult is similar to Riki's cloud from DotA, blinding and slowing all opponents are in range of it. TF's DoC will now have an active applied to it and be giving bonus range.

Also, it's POSSIBLE for Swain to be added in either this patch or next, considering all of his info was leaked for about 4-5 hours. He rides a bird. A big, scary bird.

Yeah, this guy was doing 358 dmg without crits, and only a Sword of Occult... Idk what his runes were though.

Sep 26 2010, 11:45 pm Echo Post #432

Sword of Occult gives 5 per stack. You get 2 stacks per kill and 1 per assist.

Pantheon also has a skill that allows him to do critical when another champion has lower than 15%.

Along with that, he probably had runes.

I just bought Pantheon on my other account. I see noobs playing him with speed and armor. Pantheon is definitely not a DPS. Won 2/3 games, only because I lagged out of the first one.

No. He wasn't built for DPS, especially after the nerf.

I just played Sion for the first time last night, and well.. I kind of like him. I also tried Kassadin, and even though he was a little hard to learn, I liked him as well.

Any suggestions for a new hero? I have about 4k IP burning a hole in my account, and I don't particularly have an impulse buy, so I leave it to you SEN. I'm thinking of someone thats hard to kill, but is a fighter, kinda like Warwick. I've played him before and he's kinda fun, but I'm not gonna buy him just because.

So SEN, your thoughts on my next hero?

Try out Blitzcrank. With Manamune added, which is a ridiculously good item for him supporting both his passive, giving more mana for his skills and buffing his damage, which works good with his attack speed buff and his double damage buff. He can really dish out some damage, not to mention he has hook, the greatest thing ever.

I'm much more a fan of HoN's Guttling Hook than of Rocket Grab. Ability to deny by pulling teammates=win, would definitely buy then.

I would recommend either Mundo, Olaf, Blitzcrank, or Kog'maw.
