That's too vague. I'd say yes but it's debatable.

Are you more likely to find them in a city than elsewhere?

Is shelter its primary function?

Does it hold lots of people?

Is it multi-storied?

City as opposed to what? Every inhabited area can be considered a city.
No.
Yes.
Usually.

Wow. I'm awesome!

Okay, for my turn I want to try being a bit more formal:
  1. I will only give Yes or No answers.
  2. If I don't answer a question, it could be because of any of the following:
    1. Your question was dumb. If I have to explain this, then you're dumb.
    2. Hard to answer in a yes/no format.
    3. It won't provide much good information even if I do (i.e. irrelevant).
    4. I feel the questions are just starting to descend down the wrong path of questioning in general.
    5. You edit or post a new question between the time I begin and post a reply to others. Just remind me and I'll address yours.
  3. If I mark my answer with an asterisk (*), consider asking your question differently, or asking more about an aspect of your question.
  4. I will be answering as much as possible for simplicity, as opposed to being technically correct. Technical correctness tends to make a mess of things anyway.

Begin!

Back* from the grave

Will it blend?
Are there multiples of this object?
Is it something common?
Is it man made?
Does it occur naturally?
Does it legally belong to you? (as in "your" house is not yours if you live with your parents)

Is it mostly...
Metal?
Wooden?
Plastic?
Rubber?

Does it...
Entertain?
Aid in cooking?
Help intellectual pursuits? (such as a book on math)
Aid in relaxation?
Produce electricity?
Use electricity?

Is it located indoors?
If it is indoors, is it within...
Arm's length?
The same room?
The kitchen?
The dining room?
The bedroom?
The family/living room?

If it's not indoors, is it...
On your/your parent's/guardian's property?
On public property?
On government property?
On city property?
Within 10m?
Within 50m?
Within 100m?

Those are some starting questions :)

Also, I removed a few more questions from above. Sticking to simplicity takes some getting used to. :P

My usual question, does it require electrical power to function as intended?
Would I usually find this item in a house?
Is this item larger than roughly 1m3?
On average, would it weigh more than 10kg (22 lbm)?

None.
