Thanks. We've been trying to kill her for about a month now, and still haven't. A lot of our raiders are flaking on us, though, so we basically have to re-explain it every time we go in for the new people.

That happened to me in Obsidian Shrine. I had never been in there and there was a weekly. Seriously all they had to say was "fight on the sides and don't get in the way of a flame wall" but I swear to god my guild felt they had to explain it to me like six times. I was trying to tell them to just go...but I love them all so much that I didn't want to hurt their feelings or be mean X(

Hm, flaking? You mean like they don't wanna come for all the tries/wipes and only show up once you're close to downing her (or on LK?)

Last night was a repair-fest on Blood Council. I'm not too surprised...but it sucks I missed all the badges on Tuesday and got all the repair bills last night. lol

sorry for double post but this was weird.

So my guild isn't high and mighty or serious business. You all know that. But there comes a point where you just know it can't be how the guild is playing...there must be someone plotting against you.

Last night my icc10 group is assembling outside of Festergut. Moments before, when we had killed the dogs someone in the guild said "oh look, a bunny." There it was....a noncombat pet bunny. I clicked it and initially thought to myself, "well that's strange...why doesn't it have a name beneath it claiming ownership?" But I ignored it. So there we are, raid leader sends out the ready check, and then dbm is like "Festergut engaged!" Which was strange, because I thought the raid leader was behind me. But almost everyone ran up...and wiped instantly because the healer somehow aggroed him first. The healer that was standing beside me, at the gate, died first. Logically I died second.

When everyone was dead we realized there was a little dead bunny up by Festergut.

WTF GLITCH BLIZZARD.

The whole instance was problematic. We wiped twice on the gunship battle - where we didn't even wipe the first time we went in. We were unlucky enough to trigger all the boneguards in the second room at the very beginning of trash. Just...strange.

Non-combat pets can die from AoE poison damage. I remember my Silver Tabby died when I tried to open a poisoned crate in Strat UD a long time ago

really? Crazy. But...how did the bunny aggro him...like seriously. My ui shows me target of target. He didn't target the first player to die until after something engaged him.

I don't think that was a glitch. We have a few people with the bunnies in my guild, and if I remember correctly you can control them or they act as defenders.

I don't understand how you could wipe that quickly, though. What were the tanks doing?

One tank was afk and I think the other one was outside when the gate shut. Like I said, we were just getting to that room, about ready to go.

Ah, alright. Yeah that whole wing is tricky sometimes. We had half our raid wipe in the bug room before Putricide thanks to it starting prematurely without healers inside. Good times for us.

So yeah, got into a pug that managed to clear 6/12 ICC, which is pretty epic I must admit. We would have had Putricide but one of the tanks decided that the orange slime coming towards him was not worth moving for, awesome! I'm addicted to raiding again, me and my friends usually finish 4-5 raids on tuesday, along with the weekly. I must admit, Festergut is so stressful, and Rotface is just so much crap going on it's overwhelming. It sucks that I can't tunnel vision while I dps anymore.

I never really saw either as stressful, especially as a DPS. For Rotface you just move if you have the debuff, run to the offtank, and have it removed. If 5 oozes stack, move from wherever you're standing. For Festergut, literally just stand and attack the entire fight.

Putricide is definitely a bitch if people don't pay attention.

Do not like, lol. You go 3/3 crypt fever but get zero points in ebon plague? What an odd build. Why get Glacial Rot when you possess neither Frost Strike or HB, it only powers up your Icy Touch, which is a very small part of your dps. Annihilation also seems weird, because you picked up Scrouge Strike, meaning you won't be using obliterate. I've always wanted to try a 2H frost build though, for big numbers!

Here's how our top DPS DK specs. I'm still not too familiar with DK specs, other that what I read on sites like ElitestJerks, but it does seem odd that you don't go all the way in one tree or the other.

If you're having issues with Blood Council the LK going to be bit of a bigger problem for you. Is it the bombs wiping you? or flame? or nova?

Bomb > If a hunter or warlock in party tell them put pet on bomb.

If you're heavy on melee tell them spread out in room and only put so many on boss so people aren't being hit by nova. not really a DPS race fight it more surviving.

Shadow boss, I think need put 4 - 5 orbs or 3 on target so not one shot.

My guild screwing around to much, we trying do heroic 25 sinda / prof so far ppl not doing the job required.

We're having trouble with phase 3 of Sindragosa (mostly due to people not paying freakin' attention to who is getting ice blocked). Blood Princes is cake.

About my spec...Ya I know its strange...but it is surprisingly successful. I was hitting 4k in random heroics. I want to try it out in ICC, that's all I care about. Then I'll decide. As for glacier rot and annihilation, I needed those to get enough points to get passive melee haste buff. I'd love to have ebon plague...but its not a big deal right now. Like I said, I'll see how I do in ICC.

We did get the blood princes down by having three tanks up instead of two tanks and a clothy gathering orbs. It worked pretty well, and we got them on our first shot.

EDIT: Oh also I tried frost and didn't like it at all. I also don't like copying specs that someone else is doing. I know you're supposed to go all the way down because that's the "best way." But...I don't know...I hate following cookie cutter specs, too. And its a game...I feel like I should be able to spec how I want. XD I've been pretty good with specs on my toons so far. I'll have to change my priest's spec soon here, now that she's 50. It was disc/holy, but I think I'm going solid disc with her now that she's getting into serious instances and soon hopefully classic raids. That'd be fun.

I used to play WoW. I plan on playing again for Cata. However, since I have graduation from highschool, I haven't had much time for the game, or least not enough time to be worth the 15 bucks a month.
