As far as I know, that thing does not update automatically when someone gets banned/unbanned. Only IP/Moose can be a reliable source of such information (and now, you, too!).

With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
