scmdraft error?

i duplicated a map and then in the map, I placed a few buildings (any of the computer player) on the map, but in game they don't show up. There are no triggers or locations that could remove them and the unit limit is certainly not reached. When I set those buildings to the human player, they do show up. I duplicated again the map, and put 2 buildings (computer player), then only 1 shows up. Is this some scmdraft error?

nevermind, i found the problem and no scmdraft error.
