Removing Burrow

Hey how do you have a unit burrowed (eg. Lurker), but remove its ability to unburrow? I've seen it in a couple Lurker D's. Thanks.

I think you need to disable burrowing tech (so it can't even be researched if you had a hatchery) for that player, and then create a burrowed unit for someone who has researched burrow, and then give that burrowed unit to whoever you wanted to not have burrow. Someone confirm?
