I have gotten permission from moose <3 and got permission from unholy to use sections of 1.0-1.2 terrain. Any requests for things to be done? I am no where near done and nothing I have done is final.

One request: Have a MUCH smaller map. The size of the map is why TS sucks. It's incredibly boring most of the time, since you're traveling for 50% of the game or more. It's like I click the middle of the map and get up and go get a drink while I go there, it's that bad.

Lol at falkoner can tell you don't play it much.

King I think if your looking what needs to be changed it would be best to sift through the threads and find the complaints about the terrain. I know moose had a picture at one time of what he was looking for.

My general thoughts: need to find a balance between small chokes for player paths and wider areas for where spawn goes thru.

The gysers need to be placed balanced compared to the respective sides so each team has a chance at good assiming and protecting them.

Specifics are hard without seeing the map directly. Just make sure all areas spawn travel are wide enough for them not to get stuck and and up very spread out.

You might also want to consider symmetry (at least functionally, then there are some aesthetic changes that will make it asymmetric but functionally the same, like dirt versus mud.)

I dont think ts has any problems with its terrain, the sims are already balanced, the terrain is beautiful and it doesnt need wider chokes for spawns, that just adds gameplay and hilarity (like when someone rushes top and they get trapped by spawns goign up). if you have the mapping itch, i suggest making ts on another tileset. m8 isnt bad, but looks a little bland imo, any other changes to the terrain are just going to bore the crap out of me :stfu:

m8 got rid of the one major issue...

I dont like symmetry...but having equality works. Like equal upsides/downsides.

Cant think of anything specific.

I meant and he wouldn't care. I only unprotect A. maps that have been discontinued by maker. B. Maker quit
