Mission Briefings
Why don't we have any SEN/Maplantis wiki articles or tutorials for mission briefings? Briefings can definitely be a headache, so why not? Am I just not looking hard enough?

Hmmm, I wonder why I would post this out of the blue. Maybe because I am actually having trouble with my briefings and could use some type of guide? I would be the last person to write a tutorial.
Speaking of which, is Scmdraft 0.8.0 unable to adjust certain values in mission briefings? I know the text mission briefings do absolutely nothing, but the classic is even giving me problems. Anyone have a version of scmd that has a working briefing editor? I also can't switch between editors w/o corrupting the map in some way, so I have to stick with scmd.

Basically in my transmission trigger, I have a good deal of text to display, but the display cuts to blank before it even finishes scrolling.

Make sure you put Wait action at the very end of your brief.
Also remember that 1000ms = 1 Second. So put in 1000X more for the value based on how many seconds you want the total briefing length to be.

The Start button is automatically pressed when there are no more Wait actions in the mission breifings, so in order for all your text to scroll, you have to have a wait long enough to do so.

Also, put 2 empty lines at the end, other wise it'll cut off the instant that last line of text is done showing.

In the old v 0.8.0 of SCMDRAFT Transmissions always just been cut off. At the newest version, the Transmission lasts as long as the .WAV you're using for the transmission do. I told about this in the SCMDRAFT Thread already.

Well I couldn't really switch between editors without corrupting the map, so I split it up into 6 very short transmissions.
