Eh... You Need First..

Resource Planet, FOR ALL YOUR RESOURCE NEEDS!
Tech Planet w/ storage (so you dont just waste fields)
Shipyard Planet (not that this will be your only shipyard, but It will save space to build tanks here and send res... slowly building up for a deathstar (mine is located in 4:499:4)

no atg. viet is just getting plasma and a death star nearly covers his entire points with just one.

They got banned for a while for 'Multi-Accounting'. They're banned until 2035

I think CF is trying to sort it out.

Apparently the mod who banned us was going to release it, then was told by the SGO not to. Therefore, I'm moving up the chain of command, going to talk to the SGO directly. If it works out, I could have us back playing by tomorrow. If not, well... I'll have assloads of res coming out of that ban, at least
