SDE, BWAPI owner, hacker.

It's probably IP's terrible terrible javascript and underuse of CSS, as well as random 5 lines of commented text per post.

It stopped acting up after a while. Weird.

This happens to me too. It randomly stops working and just says waiting for Staredit.net... for a long time.

Ha.

Next time it happens scwizard, let me know. Hopefully it happens on a thursday or friday so I can devote my full attention to it. It will most likely involve me having you refresh every 30 seconds as I find out what is taking forever.

So I'm typing this from IE6 right now.

It seems randomly SEN will decide to refuse to load in firefox. It seems to be a problem with my account, as I've had this problem at two different IP addresses and only when logged in.

The problem consists of this:
1. I go to staredit.net in the latest version of firefox
2. Waiting for staredit.net
3. Waiting for staredit.net
... (an hour passes)
200. Waiting for staredit.net

1. I go to staredit.net in IE
2. It loads, I can actually do stuff

This problem seems to randomly break and fix itself. Clearing cookies and cache seems to solve this problem temporarily, but it will randomly break again eventually. This is only a problem with my account, I never have it while logged out.
Sounds like a personal problem, LOL

Praetor

That's strange, I never had this problem. I used my mom's UBER-SHIT computer, I used my previous normal computer, and I now use my epic laptop and never had that type of problem, I also used many many versions of firefox. from 2 - 3 betas - 3+. Try clearing your cache or w/e.

Firefox works with mine thought when I use internet explorer it takes a couple tries to run this site and myspace. hmm computers can be a hassle if you don't know how to fix them...Mine has some problems but I love it still yay computer

edit: could it be a wireless malfunction or something in internet options messing with loading staredit?
