I was considering something for a Map of mine. Basically it would be something along these lines:
You control a Marine/Ghost. Now, depending on what weapon you are currently in possession of, you change weapons. Thus, if I had a marine and a Shortbow. I might want a Ghost attack at a close range. Or if I had a sword, the marine would *somehow* attack at melee range.
And random stuff:
1) Can you change certain embedded strings like "Kills" or "Class (Private, Colonel)".
2) Is there a way to graft graphics?
I'm pretty sure they're not possible with EUD actions disabled, but I'm just checking.
None.

Constantly ally the player to the enemy units, and Give any enemies within a very small location to a different player, which the player is not allied too.

Correct.
None.
Could you not fix the attack animations?
None.
I think you can use SCMLoader for graphics. But the map's filesize increases a lot.
None.
If you want to change graphics you could use eud actions, but I dont think you are willing to use them as you would have to go to an earlier patch.
None.
So what else can EUDs do in terms of conditions? Better yet, define condition.
None.
