Back in the day there used to be a map editor that allowed you to add a custom icon to your map name, shortly after the KBK maps were made official on B.Net. Recently (past few days), I've seen a dozen or so maps pop up with KBK icons on them. Every game was hosted by somebody using a name spoof, so I won't rule out that the icon itself was spoofed via some hack program, but knowing that this used to be available via normal map editing, I have to ask if this is once again possible with one of the editors. I will be hosting a very large tournament shortly, and it would be nice to have a logo on official maps.
Any ideas?
None.
I'm pretty sure this is impossible.
And, define "KBK maps" please?
None.
I'm pretty sure that logo is from Blizzard, otherwise those maps wouldn't be joinable, any non-Blizzard approved maps that use a logo are unplayable.
None.
KBK was a korean league back in the day. They had a logo attached to their maps. There were a few more... one that had "GF" in bright green letters, for example. I would post a screenshot but Print Screen doesn't capture the logos for some reason, and replaces it with a blank space.
None.
Yeah, I remember seeing the GF one, but I'm almost certain you need Blizzards permission for it to be playable on B.net.
