How about this. While waiting for IP to get back, we should make some really good maps. Then as a welcome-back party for IP (and perhaps the revival of moderators or SEN itself) we can celebrate by playing all those maps that we've made while waiting.
IF for some odd reason IP dies or disappears from SEN forever we can still play those really fun maps that we've been making while waiting for the possible return of IP. Its a win win situation

The problem with moderators is as follows: they abuse their powers to delete posts they would usually flame - and this makes a massive problem. For example (Cut and pasted from my notice page)
