Need help with locations/units

Yeah, so, i wanna make this map where, say, if X unit dies, and he is, say, a medium-damage (edited of course) Ghost, which would be a dude with a sniper rifle, if he dies, he would drop say, a vespene sac symbolizing the sniper rifle, so that unit Z, who killed unit X, can go ahead and pick up unit X's sniper rifle, being able to equip it himself and become a Ghost (let's say before, he was "assault rifle" (Marine).

Thing is, i need a location to always be below each unit so that, if the above scenario or any similar one happens, the unit that died will drop it's "current weapon" on the place he died, not anywhere else.

And i know this will all probably sound silly, but i really don't know how to do it and need help understanding it.

I'm using Scmdraft 2 for this.

Use the condition: ''Player?! commands at least one ''Ghost''
Action: Center location labeled ''X'' on Ghost owned by ''Player?!''
Preserve Trigger

This will make the location follow the unit everywhere, but it will stand still when the unit dies/is removed, instead of being centered in the middle of the map.

CONDITION:
Player 'x' brings 'unit x' to anywhere
ACTION:
Move location 'unit' to 'unit x' owned by player 'x' at anywhere
Preserve Trigger

That can be used to center a location on a unit owned by a player, given that the player only has 1 unit. If there is a menu sort of deal somewhere on the map, such as being able to purchase upgrades or what not with a civilian, you would replace 'anywhere' with a location layed over the playing area.

As for the player dropping the weapon:

CONDITION:
Player 'x' has suffered at least 1 death of 'unit x' (OR) Player 'x' brings exactly 0 'unit x' to anywhere
ACTION:
Move 1 vespene sac for player 'any' from location 'x' to location 'unit' (Move action because vespene sacs cannot be created through triggers [i think?])
OR
Create 1 'unit' (flag maybe?) for player 'x' at location 'unit' (For simplicity's sake)

Remember that all of these locations and units and what not are for a single player. So if you want to make the same trigger happen for another player, you'll have to change the player the trigger is for, what locations are being used, etcetera. For different weapons being dropped, you would also have to use different units as well.

Wow... Well thanks for the help. I really didn't think it would be so simple to fix my problem.

Anyways i'll get onto it and i'll put your names on the credits even if it's a small map, :P.

Kind of interesting how much everyone connected on sen literally jumps on any help request :lol:

Edit: It really isn't necessary, if I would've put every helping guy's name on my maps... I'd be still working on my first map!

If you have premium, yes.

On a side note, do you have more than one modified ghost per player on your map? If you do, these triggers won't work. Only the leftmost ghost will drop his rifle due to the way SC selects units for actions.
