To make this post productive, here's my two cents:
The probability generator can be used to generate extremely precise drop chances for RPGs, AoS-style maps, and just about anything else that might need a drop chance. In fact, I was going to use it in one of my maps before I realized that my ammo system sucked and there was a crappy glitch that killed the entire project... but that's beside the point.
The uniform randomizer and the probability generator can be used in combination. Ever think of putting together a map to test that, JaFF? If your uniform randomizer is as accurate as you say, then it would be better to base probabilities off of that than off of, oh, what was it? 2^14? You yourself said it wasn't as accurate because you had to round down to 32700. So if you uniformly randomized and then based the probability off of that number, it should be more accurate overall.
