I make this trigger:
Quote from For Force 1 (Players 1-7)
  • CONDITION:'NukeBuild' is Set.
  • ACTION:
    • Display for current player: Warning!!! a Nuke is operative.
    • Clear 'NukeBuild' is Clear.

How it work??? It showing a message for all players (1 to 7)??? I don't have a beta testers (or a friend) for responding this question... I tried in B.net, but people are more interested in kill everything and do not respond my question hehehe...

I assume there is a seperate trigger that sets the switch 'Nukebuild' when a player commands 1 Nuke. Then when the switch 'Nukebuild' is set it warns the player that someone has a nuke built and it is ready in a silo.

It's important to learn how to test maps by yourself.

In this case, you should make one of the players a computer player and place a start location for that player.

If you do that, you'll be able to start the map with only yourself being in the game.

Also basic questions like this are best solved through testing and observing the outcome.

Yes, one trigger put the switch in set.... once, the first and the only time when I built the nuke. It's just an example. If a human player does not answer me ... the computer does not will do too hehehe... I need to know if all players can see that message... or if showing to one player, switch is clear, and others player can't see the message... my doubt arises per a comment where said "When you use a All Player or Force X or multiple Players... simply just got a copy of trigger for each player".

You are correct.

In this case I would use Death Counters rather than switches.
