ok well i managaed to reduce my sound to 200k and saved it as a .wav file. I go to play it in the editor it works fine. but whenever i put it in triggers it doesnt work. It used to work until i got the new SCM draft, everything else in the trigger works except the sound. if u dl it, it works fine when u play it. check triggers if u want, my sound trigger is under S5 sound

Is the trigger actually running anymore? Perhaps something you changed elsewhere in the map caused the conditions to stop being met. Add an action to test it out.

Is the trigger for the player you want to hear the sound? When you place it under a force, remember that the trigger gets split, so Current Player means whoever the trigger is running for, if the conditions become false after one player, then it won't run for the rest and they won't hear the sound.

i've had this happen before and it turned out to be something wrong with the actual sound file so i removed it from the sound list and re-added it and redid the play wav action in the music trigger and it worked again.

Oh_Man -- whereas just "press X to get 50 health back" is pretty mindless

Oh_Man -- because it adds anotherr level of player decision-making where u dont wanna walk too far away from the medic or u lose healing value

Oh_Man -- initially I thought it was weird why is he still using the basic pre-EUD medic healing system, but it's actually genius

Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort

Oh_Man -- definitely EUD
