We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch
Quote from name:Richard Nixons Head
No one, as there are not even 24 hours in a day, but rather 23 hours and 56 minutes.
... if your point of reference is the whole universe => stellar day.
But who cares about the few sunrays that come to us from other stars and galaxies?
What's important for us is the solar day which is 86,400 seconds by definition.
Funny thing about it is that seconds are becoming longer and longer over the centuries and milennia because of tidal forces slowing down earth's rotation.
I'd say 2-4 pretty consistently. But some days I don't spend longer than 10 minutes... so there's a chance it averages out more in the 1-2 hour range.
None.
I spend both too much time and not enough time on the internet simultaneously.
The progression of days has frozen, preventing the waveform collapse of the numbers of hours you could have been spending today?
For all practical purposes it is 24.
"Being a smartass" isn't practical? D:
None.
