I have a stargate spell system, and I want to know which condition detects units faster: bring or commands.

bring.
It updates in the same trigger loop when you do either of these actions:
Kill Unit
Kill Unit at Location
Remove Unit
Remove Unit At Location
Move Location
Move Unit
Normally, it's bring, like Nude said, if you do any of those actions he said, both bring and command update, so if you want to detect new units in the same trigger loop as they are created, you have to run one of those actions, even if it does nothing.
None.
So the wiki is wrong? It says bring and command detect units killed in that trigger cycle.
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"
If they're killed by using triggers, it will, but manually, no, not unless one of those actions run.
Also, you have to remember that there isn't an updating problem unless you're using HyperTriggers, if you aren't using them it updates just fine.
None.
All right, I'll use bring. Thanks!
