Is it possible to make straight bridges on jungle scenario terrain?
In the tileset, there are only diagonal bridges.
So the bridge must look like this
-----------------------
-----------------------
and connect 2 high terrains
Units have to be able to walk underneath the bridge as well.

Just here for the pie

Are you serious? You're asking for a bridge that goes straight that units can go under? Just wait until SC 2 :D. Alternatively, you could just make it like how Tux did the road level in Rush, where you went under the overpass, and the roads were kind of straight.

well, with massive sprites, the best you could do is somthing more like this /\/\/\/\/\

but as far as going under it, the best u could do for that would be make a location that moves them to the other side

I've done this before. Lots of sprites, lots of tricky terrain work, and a teleporter.

You could do it with just sprites and walk under them, blocking off the other sides when the unit is going under and the others when its walking over.

Isometrical terrain is cooler.

To go under, you can remove their unit when they go to the edge of it, then have an observer fly across it, with your screen centered on it, so it looks like you're walking under it :P

Can you show me how Tux did it? Sounds interesting.

Or you can just play/open up Rush for yourself, I'd recommend it. It's the most epic map ever.

You could put buildings that are flying at the edge of the bridge, or sprites, (Would look ugly with buildings though) Then as soon as the unit walks under the building/sprite, teleport it under another building/sprite on the other side of the bridge.

>be faceless void >mfw I have no face

I'm pretty sure there are several bigger maps, like Diablo 2 RPG i think.

Red classic.
