Socialism. Might as well, eh? Though, technically, to make it work, I'd need more people, since socialism implies state economic control (at least partial), which makes Capitalism ez-mode. Additionally, fascism is, unlike socialism and capitalism, not in fact an economic ideology, but rather a general governmental guideline (which can, to an extent, include economic matters).

Mind posting the specific requirements for each of the three? I know what the three really are, but it's impossible to comply completely with them (it's a forum game, after all) so I just want to know what in specific you're looking for.

What's the difference between a Player and a Primary Nation?

For the events you've shown, I think that the Cuban Missile Crisis is really unrepeatable, since any ending other then the one that happened would've probably led to a war or Soviet nuclear superiority, and other countries (and one of the ones which ARE included wasn't even in Europe) had no chance to really affect the outcome. Additionally, how are you going to act out the vietnam and korean wars on a map of Europe, and if you'll draw other maps, why not include Russo-Sino conflicts, Indo-Sino conflicts, or some weird amalgamation of the world wars? It doesn't have to be realistic.
