Well what are you trying to make exactly? You could try selecting the subunit flag in advanced unit settings.
well i am trying to make the protoss interceptor into more like a weapon thingy than a unit... i made it invincible... and now i have to make it unselectable as well for it to make sense...

In Images.dat, there is the "Clickable" checkbox, but that won't make the unit unselectable when the player uses a selection box.
Comparing the Nuke to other units, I don't see any options that allow it to be unselectable. The Scarab is also unselectable. I would test to see if there is something we're missing by copying the Scarab entry over the Interceptor in Units.dat. This will utilize all file associations of the Scarab (iscript, flingy, images, etc). Test it first, but if something weird happens you might want to change the AI back to the Interceptor, as I'm not sure how the new "Scarabs" will behave coming from a Carrier with the Scarab AI.
If the Interceptors are still selectable, then it is likely something hardcoded in its ID, like how Arbiters can't cloak each other.
