3 Map Tricks...

Hello

Hi all!
I just played "Blood Pressure Marathon", and there was a square at the middle of the map where you can build nuke. As soon as you train it and you do not have a ghost, the nuke-build-icon will switch between a nuke and a marine, and the nuke won't be build [it stucks at the start] :unsure:
but as soon as you got a ghost, the nuke will be build!

so... do someone know how to make that? :)



Scnd: Teleporting a Scarab from X to Y, and search a new target to blow up!
it didnt worked for me with "erase previous combat data, make these units patrol and generetic commdand"


Third: In CoCo Def˛ the map was speeded up, I know its easy to make [p15 scarab], but! at that map the units have shot
while ideling around! How to??

So ill try to give you some answers.
1st. i think there is a trigger like this
condition: Player 1 has exactly 0 ghost

action: set hangar state for nuklearsilo to 0

2nd. You did download the map from Ahli right? I think it works with a reaver and he shots to another reaver AND scarabs are choosable in the triggereditor. So condtion: player 1 as exactly 1 scarab, action: move 1 scarab at reaver to roflcation.

3rd so... ah i dont understand english very well, so i dont know whats "ideling".Do you mean his standiing and shooting at nothing? Thats easy: condition: always action: set doodat state for Ghost at theghost to DISABLED. I dot think that you want to know that?

2. Yes i did, but the scarab just trys to go back to the old target... but i want to make it searching a new one

1) Player commands exactly 0 Ghost, Remove all Nuclear Missiles.
2) Player brings at least 1 Scarab to LOLREAVERSPOT, Move all Scarabs at LOLREAVERSPOT to LOLHEROSPOT, Remove Target the reaver is aiming at.
3) Disable Doodad State, units cloak and disable, some units will attack.
3b)Burrowed units, unit attacks (attacking target?)
3c)Attack, Stop, Attack, Stop, Attack, Stop.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

1. that map is unprotected. Simply open it in an editor and search the trigger.
The Nuke will be simply removed, if you command 0 ghosts. (I didn't know that effect :ermm: )

3. P15 Map Revealer
The Units don't move faster, but their animations still run faster, they shot faster and they auto target enemy units.

I know some have been answered, but I kinda want to elaborate

1. I've never seen the effect in a map, however, I remember seeing the marine icon when using multicommand to have multiple nuke silos build at once. Funny effect, though apparently you just remove the nuke, rather than setting hangar count, I know the same effect works for Carriers too, pretty cool though.

2. Just use Set Generic Command Target, and then Make These Units Patrol, however, that will not actually make them target it, I know the Junk Yard Dog AI will make them scatter, but once again, they will not acquire a target, the only effective way found so far has been to use the Random Suicide Missions AI, and that is not a location-specific AI, so you need a computer devoted to scarabs and scarabs only.

3. As already said, a Map Revealer will give you the trick, rather than completely speeding up the game, it only speeds up the animation speed of units placed after it, giving you your fast shooting, but still able to auto acquire a target units.
