Sooooooooo-oooo-ooooo-o. I got really bored the other day after I finished my last day of school, and my friends were all busy.
I popped in Dead Rising and took it for a spin on the Survivor mode for the first time. Fourteen hours later I made this video:

Being that the game is not even mine, I returned it to my friend the next day. He looked down on me shamefully at my lack of a life. He is just scared that I surpassed him in this game, and soon I shall surpass his gamer score! Only a couple thousand to go!

So yeah, everyone apparently uploads a video of them getting the Xbox 360 Dead Rising Acheievement: 7 Day Survivor. I felt it was only my need to do the same, and finally break my Youtube account in with something other then favorites. A lot of people are pissed when they get this achievement because it is such a life waster. (It requires you to play the game for fourteen hours with no saves as your life is depleting and food does not respawn) I, myself, was rather happy and a little go-lucky because it was 4:30 AM, and I had three cups of coffee that night. It explains the madness behind the video, by the way.

Holy shit that's crazy. That and the save everyone in the game achievement seemed impossible.

Well no, you only have to save 50 people for the Saint Achievement... There's 54 people total in the game, and it only possible to save 53. Either one of two characters has to be lost or dead. You can not physically save all the people in the game. That's technically impossible. One of the characters has to be in the security room in order for another character to join you, and the only way for the character to be in the security room is to allow for a person to die. Sound confusing? You would understand if you play the game enough, or in general.

I actually got four achievements in the process when getting the Saint Achievement, which is tough for some.
Those are:
Census Taker - Photograph at least 50 survivors
Psycho Collector - Photograph at least 10 psychopaths
PP Collector - Photograph all PP stickers
Transmissionary - Answer all calls from Otis

But it's all over now. I'll never have to worry about this game again!
Unless people pay me to get them achievements that is.

Yea, I know what you are talking about. It's been a while since I beat the game though so I'm starting to forget a lot of it. My friends and I could never get that far into the survival mode though, those RC cars strapped with explosives would always kill us...

Yeah, Paul is a jerk like that. I didn't actually know this until I played this run that if you shoot the RC cars or throw something at them they blow up. That should give you some ground, or you could just skip Paul all together.
If you kill 53,500 zombies or so you can get the Mega Buster and kill your enemies in no time at all.

I was planning to do that if I ever got bored one day (as well as level my guy to 50 since I'm at 46 right now) but I lost interest in the game. Maybe I'll pick it up again during the summer. Anyways, good video I thought it was pretty funny actually.

Yes! I'm awesome. I should make a falsetto of Jordan on Guitar Hero II for the hell of it next.
That's an equally hard achievement that I got long before this one.

No, the Mega Buster is great and all, but it's all about the Light Saber! See, since you stopped at the Mega Buster you didn't try to go for the 5 Day Survivor to unlock. It kicks arse.
